Rotary & Liftable Stainless Steel Reactors Customized for Clients in Belgium And Spain

Recently, we completed and shipped two Rotary & Liftable Stainless Steel Reactors for customers in Europe, including a 10L unit to Belgium and a 25L unit to Spain. The two reactors were configured according to different process requirements. The 10L reactor was customized with a wide variable speed range of 100–3000 rpm, providing greater flexibility for mixing processes that require different stirring speeds. The 25L reactor is designed for glue processing, with an operating temperature of up to 250°C, so high-temperature-resistant sealing components were selected to ensure reliable operation under demanding conditions.

Both reactors are designed with a rotary and liftable structure, making it easier to access the vessel for material loading, cleaning, and maintenance. The systems are also equipped with a Heating Circulator for controlled heating and a Vacuum Pump for vacuum operation, providing greater flexibility for different process requirements. By combining customized stirring parameters, temperature-resistant components, and suitable auxiliary equipment, these two systems provide practical solutions for different mixing and processing applications.
