10L Stainless Steel Lifting&Tilting Reactor with Basket Delivered to Singapore for Plant Extraction

This week, we highlight a successful delivery to a client in Singapore: a 10L stainless steel lifting &tilting reactor system specifically designed for plant extraction applications. The system is equipped with a perforated basket to hold botanical materials such as flowers and leaves. During operation, low-speed stirring ensures thorough contact between the plant material and the solvent, while the lifting function allows the client to conveniently lower the basket for immersion and raise it for draining—enabling repeated cycles of soaking and separation without manual handling of hot or hazardous materials.

To complete the extraction workflow, the system is paired with a compound heating&chiller circulator that provides both heating and cooling as needed, along with a filter for removing fine particles from the extract. The client has successfully installed the customized stainless steel reactor system in their laboratory and reports excellent performance and full satisfaction with the equipment.
