Customized 10L Stainless Steel Jacketed Reactor Delivered to Japan

Recently, we successfully delivered a specially customized 10L stainless steel jacketed reactor to client in Japan. The reactor features several tailored enhancements to meet precise process requirements. The jacketed heating system incorporates built-in electric heating tubes for efficient and uniform thermal control, eliminating the need for external heating circulators in certain applications. Additionally, the vessel is equipped with a conductivity probe for real-time monitoring of reaction progress or concentration changes, and a sparger ring for controlled gas introduction—ideal for aeration, oxygenation, or inert gas sparging during sensitive reactions.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel with a polished interior finish, this reactor ensures excellent corrosion resistance, product purity, and easy cleaning. The integrated design supports versatile applications including lab studies, catalyst testing, and chemical synthesis requiring precise gas-liquid contact and continuous conductivity monitoring.
