300L Double Jacketed Stainless Steel Reactor with 25KW Heater Shipped to Chile

This week, we successfully completed and shipped a 300L stainless steel reactor system to a valued client in Chile. The system is equipped with a 25KW heater to deliver reliable and uniform thermal control for the client's production processes. This stainless steel reactor is three-layer design(double jacketed), with an inner jacket for thermal oil or steam heating and an outer insulation layer filled with insulating cotton. This design not only ensures excellent heating efficiency and temperature stability but also provides a user friendly outer surface, protecting operators from burns and improving workplace safety.

To meet the client's specific mixing requirements, the stainless steel jacketed reactor is equipped with an anchor type agitator that delivers increased torque, making it ideal for handling high-viscosity or dense materials. Additionally, cleaning spray balls are integrated into the vessel to facilitate convenient and thorough in-place cleaning. The entire project followed a rigorous workflow: the client confirmed all technical drawings before production commenced. After fabrication, the unit underwent thorough testing, and then labeling, and careful packaging before entering the shipping process.
