Multi-Equipment Shipment to France: Customized Stainless Steel Reactors, Glass Reactor, Rotary Evaporator, Vacuum Filter and Vacuum Pump

This week, we successfully dispatched a comprehensive equipment order to a client in France, comprising two 50L stainless steel electric heating lifting&rotating reactors, one 10L jacketed glass reactor, one 10L manual lifting rotary evaporator, one 10L vacuum filtration device with vacuum pump, and a large water cycle vacuum pump. The highlight of this order is the two 50L stainless steel reactors, custom-engineered with built-in electric heating tubes within the jacket for efficient  temperature control, no need of extra circulating heater. The reactor lid is designed with a manually lifting for convenient access, cleaning, and material charging. Additionally, the vessel body can be rotated 180°, enabling complete discharge of even viscous or sticky residues. This design greatly simplifies operation and maintenance, particularly for processes involving high-viscosity products or multi-step reactions.
