Customized 200L Stainless Steel Jacketed Dissolution Reactor Delivered to Korea

This week, we successfully delivered a 200L non-explosion-proof jacketed stainless steel dissolution reactor to a valued client in South Korea. Designed for efficient mixing and dissolution of medium to high-viscosity materials, this reactor is engineered to meet the precise requirements of industries such as adhesives, coatings, pharmaceuticals, and food processing.

The reactor is constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and product purity. Its agitation system features a combined anchor-paddle and helical ribbon impeller design, driven by a 2200W motor. This configuration delivers powerful top-to-bottom mixing and effective wall scraping, making it ideal for handling viscous, settling, or non-Newtonian fluids. The agitator operates within a speed range of 0–30 rpm, allowing precise control over shear and blending processes. Sealing is ensured by a double mechanical seal capable of maintaining integrity across a broad working pressure range from full vacuum up to 3 bar.

Operational convenience and safety are enhanced by the hydraulic lifting mechanism for the reactor lid, facilitating easy access for cleaning, inspection, and charging. The system is also equipped with condenser and receiving tank, enabling efficient vapor recovery and solvent condensation during heating or reaction processes.
