Customized 50L Jacketed Glass Filtration Reactor with pH Control Shipped to Turkey

This week, we successfully delivered a custom-engineered 50L jacketed glass filtration reactor to a client in Turkey. The system is designed with an integrated PTFE bottom filter plate (265mm diameter) for direct in-vessel filtration, eliminating the need for product transfer to a separate filter unit. It also features a specialized pH port with a pH controller, enabling automated addition of acid or alkali to maintain precise pH levels during reactions. Additionally, the reactor is equipped with a 2L powder feeding funnel with a small motor for automatic powder addition, ensuring controlled and dust-free introduction of solid materials into the vessel. The complete package includes a circulating heater, circulating chiller, and vacuum pump, forming a fully integrated processing system.

This customized jacketed glass filtration reactor offers significant advantages for reaction and filtration applications where pH control operation are critical. By automating both pH adjustment and powder feeding, the system enhances process consistency, reduces manual intervention, and improves safety when handling reactive substances.
