This week, we successfully delivered a custom-engineered 50L jacketed glass filtration reactor to a client in Turkey. The system is designed with an integrated PTFE bottom filter plate (265mm diameter) for direct in-vessel filtration, eliminating the need for product transfer to a separate filter unit. It also features a specialized pH port with a pH controller, enabling automated addition of acid or alkali to maintain precise pH levels during reactions. Additionally, the reactor is equipped with a 2L powder feeding funnel with a small motor for automatic powder addition, ensuring controlled and dust-free introduction of solid materials into the vessel. The complete package includes a circulating heater, circulating chiller, and vacuum pump, forming a fully integrated processing system.
