Factory Acceptance Test for A 20L Explosion-Proof Stainless Steel Reactor with Bottom Filtration – Korean Customer Visit

Recently, we welcomed our customer from South Korea to our factory for a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of their customized 20L Explosion-Proof Stainless Steel Reactor with Bottom Filtration. To ensure the equipment met their actual process requirements, the customer brought their own raw materials to conduct practical testing on-site. The reactor was connected to a Vacuum Pump, Heating Circulator, and Cooling Circulator, allowing us to test the system under actual operating conditions. Together, we tested the reflux operation, vacuum performance, and bottom filtration and collection functions using the customer's materials. All tests went smoothly, and the customer was able to inspect the equipment and verify its performance firsthand under conditions close to their actual application.

At Valuen Industrial, quality control is an essential part of every order. Before shipment, we routinely conduct functional tests on all equipment, including stirring, vacuum, heating, cooling, and other application-specific functions as required. We also record and share test videos and relevant inspection results with customers for their review and confirmation. We understand that not every customer has the opportunity to visit our factory in person for an on-site inspection. However, this does not mean they receive any less attention or support. Through careful testing, transparent communication, and detailed documentation, we strive to provide the same high standard of service and quality assurance to every customer, wherever they are located.
