The client's application demanded not just a wide operating range, but precise, automated, and repeatable temperature profiles. Our solution centered on the powerful programmable temperature control system, ensuring their process achieves consistent, high-quality results batch after batch.

The core of these units lies in their sophisticated multi-channel monitoring and programmable logic. Equipped with a user-friendly 7-inch colored touch PLC screen, operators can easily visualize, record, and program complex temperature curves. The system utilizes triple PT100 sensors for comprehensive feedback: monitoring the material temperature directly, the jacket temperature, and the host unit temperature. This multi-point data allows the system to intelligently and automatically switch between controlling the material temperature and the jacket temperature, optimizing both response time and stability throughout the entire thermal cycle.

With an extensive temperature range from -25°C to 250°C, these units provide the versatility needed for demanding protocols involving heating, cooling, and sustained temperature holds. The programmability feature transforms the units from simple utility equipment into integral components of an automated production line.
