Designed to meet stringent industry standards, this reactor exemplifies our commitment to delivering robust and reliable equipment tailored for demanding applications. The client required a high-performance system capable of reaction under significant pressure, and our solution provided the perfect balance of precision, durability, and efficiency.

This high-pressure reactor features a 500L working capacity and operates at a design pressure of 15 bar. Constructed from high-grade Stainless Steel 304, it ensures excellent corrosion resistance and hygiene for a wide range of chemical and pharmaceutical processes. The reactor is equipped with a dual-impeller mixing system, combining a self-suction turbine impeller with a four-blade paddle impeller, offering exceptional flexibility and mixing efficiency. With an adjustable speed range of 20–700 rpm, it allows precise control over shear and blending to optimize reaction outcomes.

To support seamless operation, the reactor is integrated with a 38KW Compound Heater&Chiller and a Cooling Tower. This integrated setup ensures precise temperature management and enhanced process stability.
