We delivered a custom skid-mounted system to a client in the Netherlands, featuring a 5L high-pressure stainless steel reactor as the core unit. Designed for a working pressure of 15 bar, the reactor is equipped with a magnetic mechanical seal for leak-proof operation and a dual-impeller stirring system combining a self-suction turbine impeller with a four-blade paddle impeller, ensuring excellent mixing and mass transfer efficiency. The system also includes a 6-inch stainless steel Buchner micro-filter with a 300mm diameter and 10L capacity, two 20L single layer storage tanks, and two sets transfer pumps, all integrated onto a compact skid for easy installation and mobility. A compound heating&cooling circulator is also incorporated to provide precise thermal control throughout the process.
The 5L high-pressure stainless steel reactor workflow follows a seamless sequence: following high-pressure reaction, the product is discharged from the reactor, delivered via the transfer pump to the micro-filter for particle removal, and then pumped into the storage tanks for collection. This integrated design streamlines the entire operation, minimizes manual handling, and enhances process safety and reproducibility. The skid-mounted system offers our Dutch client a space-saving, turnkey solution that combines reaction, filtration, and storage in a single footprint—ideal for pilot-scale production and process development. This project demonstrates our capability to engineer complete systems tailored to specific process flows, delivering efficiency and reliability from start to finish.
