A 300L Stainless Steel Fractional Distillation System Custom-Built for A Spanish Essential Oil Manufacturer

This week, we successfully completed the testing of a 300L stainless steel fractional distillation system custom-built for a Spanish essential oil manufacturer. Key features of this stainless steel distillation system include: a 5-section distillation column configuration, featuring a 4-meter-high, 200mm-diameter packed column designed to enhance purification efficiency for essential oils. The system is equipped with a 38KW heating circulator for precise temperature control, a water chiller for condenser cooling, and a 30L/s high-vacuum pump for vacuum operation, ensuring stable operation under reduced pressure, enabling gentle fractionation of heat-sensitive aromatic compounds.

Particularly noteworthy is the PLC control system, which enables real-time control of stirring, reflux ratio, heating, and vacuum, along with data curve monitoring and export functionality. In addition, it features over-temperature alarms with automatic cut-off and vacuum alarm functions. The PLC control system provides tremendous convenience for the customer's production process.
