Customized 50L Rotary & Liftable Stainless Steel Reactor for High-Viscosity Glue Processing in Pakistan

We recently supplied a customized 50L Rotary & Liftable Stainless Steel Reactor to a client in Pakistan for the research and production of high-viscosity glue and oxidation-sensitive materials. To meet the customer's specific process requirements, all product-contact parts are made of SUS316L stainless steel, and the reactor is equipped with an explosion-proof motor and control cabinet for demanding industrial applications. The specially designed frame agitator with PTFE scrapers is optimized for high-viscosity materials, helping reduce material buildup on the vessel wall and improve heat transfer efficiency. The reactor also features a jacket for circulating thermal oil, a customized nitrogen flowmeter for introducing nitrogen into the vessel to protect oxidation-sensitive materials, and a liftable lid and tilting vessel design for convenient material discharge and cleaning. In addition, a customized 5L stainless steel constant-pressure feeding funnel allows materials to be introduced without compromising the vacuum inside the reactor.

To provide a complete processing solution, the system is equipped with a Compound Heater & Chiller with a temperature range of -25°C to 200°C for precise temperature control of the 50L reactor jacket. A separate Cooling Circulator operating at -30°C is used to cool the condenser, while a Water Cycle Vacuum Pump provides the vacuum environment required by the process. By integrating specialized mixing, temperature control, vacuum operation, nitrogen protection, and flexible feeding into one system, we delivered a solution tailored to the client's needs for high-viscosity and oxidation-sensitive material processing.
