For a Spanish client requiring a reliable solution for high viscosity resin processing, we designed and supplied a customized 500L Stainless Steel Reactor tailored to their specific application needs. The reactor is specially configured for high viscosity material mixing, where efficient agitation, stable temperature control, and prevention of material adhesion are critical. To address these challenges, the system is equipped with a customized PTFE scraper agitator, which helps prevent resin from sticking to the vessel wall while improving heat transfer efficiency during the mixing process. The reactor also features an explosion-proof motor and controller, a double mechanical seal structure, and a design pressure of 4.5 bar to ensure safe and stable operation under demanding industrial conditions.
Manufactured with precision engineering, the reactor achieves an internal polishing finish of less than 0.2 μm, ensuring a smooth surface and excellent cleanliness for industrial processing. The variable frequency drive allows flexible speed adjustment, while the temperature sensor, pressure sensor, and speed control system are all equipped with RS485 communication interfaces, enabling seamless integration with the customer's existing PLC control system. The complete system is paired with a 38kW Circulating Heater for jacket oil circulation and precise temperature regulation, as well as an Industrial Water Cycle Vacuum Pump for vacuum operation. Through customized design, advanced manufacturing, and process-oriented configuration, we provided the Spanish client with a complete reactor solution optimized for high viscosity resin mixing applications.
